Hailing from Orlando, Florida, my passion for cooking began at just five years old in the kitchen alongside my grandfather. What started with simple meals — including my first attempt at chicken and waffles — quickly grew into a lifelong commitment to the culinary arts.
That early curiosity led me to formal training in culinary arts at Greenville Technical College and professional experience at the prestigious Greenville Country Club in Greenville, South Carolina, where I refined my technique and developed a deep appreciation for elevated, ingredient-driven cuisine.
